Xtreme Hip Hop Instructors Vynesa and Brit are about to send some steppers into the xtreme world of Advance Step! If you know all basic steps and can comfortably execute 3-piece combos... THIS IS FOR YOU! Intermediate steppers are invited to learn advance moves at an untraditional slow pace and advance steppers are invited to learn to take their advance steps to the highest level of stepping! If either of those descriptions fit your performance level, you are encouraged to attend and bring your Big Stepper friends with you! Be mindful that depending on the song of choice, lyrics could be explicit. Read the info below for all general information you need to know.
Xtreme Hip Hop is a trademarked step exercise program created by Phil Weedon that takes the old school concept of step aerobics and combines it with high cardio, a new variety of music, and your own personal swag to give you a fresh workout design that is sure to be lots of fun! It's purpose-- To save lives and make step great again.

Xtreme Hip Hop is designed for various ages and skill sets. Everyone can step at their own pace. This event will be advance step ONLY.
BYOB: Bring Your Own Step Board; You are always encouraged to bring your own board, however there will be a limited number of boards available for rent.
